The wellness program is centered on choices of vegetables and lean protein. As a member you receive a wellness plan with specific brands and easy, simple recipes. You will feel amazing after completing the 5 Step Program.

Example Trail Mix Snack recipe:

2 cups of walnuts

2 cups of pecans

1 cup of almonds

1 cup of cranberries

1 cup of flaked coconut (optional)
